In honor of the likely demise of the controversial caffeinated alcoholic beverage Four Loko, we at The Lookout have put together a time line documenting the beverage's surprisingly rapid rise and fall since its woozy 2005 inception at the hands of a group of Ohio State University students. One can of Four Loko, seen at right, contains the equivalent of five beers and three cups of coffee.
I think that they should do away with four lokos for the safety of the students who drink. There has been stories that students have been dying from one loko. If that's happening then the government should take them away. They are said to have five beers and three coffees in them. Two of them is getting you drunk and making you very hyper and I think those two in combination is not a very good idea.
