All of the things that sound healthy for your kids are not that healthy. like wholegrain cerial and yourgurts and applesause are all full of sugar and fats. in the aritical they talk about 5 unhealthy snack for your kids. number 1 is pb&j, the peanut butter is full of artery cloggoing oild and sugars and when you add the jelly that just adds more sugar. number 2 is baked chips nd pretzels, these foods do nothing for you good or bad they have no neutrients. number 3 is, whole milk, whole milk has extra fat that is not needed. number 4 is apple sauce, today apple sauce has added sugar and may also have artificial food coloring in it. number 5 is lunchables these are full of processes fats and sugars.

i think that if you stick to the stuff like whole weat bread and all natural fruit jelly and real beanut butter and things like this that you would not have to worrie about sillly things like what could be in our meals that we are eating. i also think that if things like this concefrn you then read the lables on things befor you buy them
