my artical this wekk is about "7 weight loss tips from the biggest loser". everybody knows that the winter time and the holidays such as thaks giving make you want to eat 3 times you rbody weight. But this holiday the way you could stop this extra weight gain that you can get rid of my the summer time is find a sport or an exersize hobby that interst you and get active and work off and burn those calories that you put on. Also if you gain a few pounds dont get sad and just give up just giver your self motivation and hit the gym and extra few hours. And when you have a craving for something unhealthy then eat it just eat small anounts. track how much you eat every meal and keep a measuring cup with you for when you want a snack. age does ot matter over weight is over weight, loose it. set reasonable goals for your self and then make it a big deal whenyou reach them. make working out a habbit make it something you do even when your not thinking about it.
there are many ways you can oose weight stop making accuses, yeah its hard, but so is everything else in life you just do it and be patient and when you concor being over weigt then be proud.
