In Charlotee North Carolina Chelsea Therapeutics are doing a research on the liver enyzyme levels that are becoming higher im patices that are doing durg trials.They will start by doing the testing on aminals to see what the effects will be therfor they can know they dosing they can give.The trial showed that the ones that took larger does had more side effects shuch as the higher doses of the drug sometime had an increase od live enyzymes and those were the ones who took 10-20 milligrams.Chelsea therapeutics plan to do another trial that will only be 3 millileters they said that it wikll be more safter and affective that the frist trial when they used methotrexate witch is used to cure rehumatoid arthritis.
