The first one is pre-measured snaks. you find youe self eating many packs, making the calories add up.The seccond one is diet treats, fat free and sugar free snacks dont mean that there is no calories. number three is, liquid calories. a couple cup of capichino add up to about 150 calories of sweetener alone. four, super-snacks. you could eat ever few hours but small portions, but you could easly over eat. number five is rich proteins, just a 3 ounce sirloin has 225 calories. six is fat free salad dressing. producers replace the fat with sugar in non fatt items.and finaly number seven is "baked" chips, they are low in fat but high in calories and low in neutrients.

I have all ways told my self that if i get fat that i would not go on any crazy diet. what i would simply do is just have my meals but i would cut my portions down way low. and insted of have a snack full of calories i would have fruit or a salad with regular dressing. but i would limit the amout of dressing that i had on my salad.
