How To Keep Your Family Healthy

This article is about keeping your family spiritually , emotionally , academically and physically healthy it is a year long lifelong proposition. It takes a long time during the months when your children are out of school because they are just lazy in the summer time. But in fact it has been more important to protect your physical health as well as the healthy of your children .Some studies show that the obesity rates among black children and adolescents has been nearly doubled in the last 20 years. There is one out of seven children aged 6 to 19 is overweight or obese , that is 20 percent over your maximum desirable body weight. Some of the experts say that children need to become more active. Your family members should work out together at least two times a week and exercise everyday. Some parents hold the key to good health and nutrition because they say that it is more important for the spiritual and physical health of black families to plan and share family meals. The foods that we choose to eat like collard greens ,sweet potatoes and the other foods are healthy but it is the extra fats and sodium that we add to those foods that aren’t so healthy .
What I think about this article is that it is a pretty good article because it shows you how to eat properly and the things you need to do to stay in shape. So you wont be obese and have any kind of sickness. You should always set a role model for your children because if you don’t they are going to be in the same predicament that there parents are in .You need watch what your children eat because some of that junk food is not healthy for you. But your family should go out for a walk and then got to the YMCA and exercise to burn off some of the calories because it is not good to have a lot of fat build up in your body like that , it is not good to be over weight .Some parents just don’t care what there children eat and that is not good at all. You should eat more vegetables and less meat not a lot of fried foods because it is not good for you.
