Women Under 65 Need Osteoporosis Screening

This article is about the women ages 65 and older should be screened at least once for osteoporosis and even women younger than 65 who are at the high risk for the disease.The risk of the disease increases with the age and if your bones look like a 65 year old you can be at risk as a person who is 65 years old.All women who are older than the age of 60 to 64 should be screened at all times because they are at the highest risk of osteoporosis.Osteoporosis affects women more than men but women are twice as likely to break a bone than men are .The Osteoporosis screening helps identify the people who are at the risk of developing the disease.


My opinion of this article is that you should be careful and go to the doctors and get checked out.The main thing is that you should also do what the doctor tells you to do so you can get better.You should also drink milk so you can build your bones up so they won't be weak or anything.

Who Recommends Food Marketing Curbs For Child Obesity
This article is about the Government working with the industry to restrict advertising of foods that are high in salt , sugar and some dangerous fats that are making children tackle an epidemic of obesity.They are mainly talking about diseases , cancers , diabetes , heart and lung disease that is a big cause of premature death in some poor countries. Some of the diseases are focusing on the Global Health policy that has occured.The non - communicable diseases has 90 percent of premature deaths in the low and middle income countries where there is obesity on the rise and it is a big problem.There are 42 million children in the world below the age of 5 are over weight or obese and 35 million of them are in the poor coutries.
My opinion of this article is that we need to start eating more healthier and exercising more.Thats why you are suppose to go to the doctors on the regular bases and they will tell you what to do to stay healthy.If you drink water instead of sodas and juice the water will flush some of the fat out of your body.

New Swine Flu Strain Emerges ( Cold and Flu )

This article is about the H1N1 swine flu virus that may be starting to mutate and a slightly new form has begun to predominate in Australia and New Zealand and Singapore . There is more study needed to be done whether the new strain is more likely to kill patients and whether the current vaccine can be protected against it.The Scientist has had an eye on all of the flu strains in case an dangerous new mutant emerges.It had spreaded globally within weeks and killed more children and young adults than an average strain does.The virus has changed a little bit since it had emerged in 2009.
My opinion of this article is that they should come up with some more ways to prevent some viruses.They should have more people testing these vaccines more often.But I would perfer more people to go and get checked out.

How To Keep Your Family Healthy

This article is about keeping your family spiritually , emotionally , academically and physically healthy it is a year long lifelong proposition. It takes a long time during the months when your children are out of school because they are just lazy in the summer time. But in fact it has been more important to protect your physical health as well as the healthy of your children .Some studies show that the obesity rates among black children and adolescents has been nearly doubled in the last 20 years. There is one out of seven children aged 6 to 19 is overweight or obese , that is 20 percent over your maximum desirable body weight. Some of the experts say that children need to become more active. Your family members should work out together at least two times a week and exercise everyday. Some parents hold the key to good health and nutrition because they say that it is more important for the spiritual and physical health of black families to plan and share family meals. The foods that we choose to eat like collard greens ,sweet potatoes and the other foods are healthy but it is the extra fats and sodium that we add to those foods that aren’t so healthy .
What I think about this article is that it is a pretty good article because it shows you how to eat properly and the things you need to do to stay in shape. So you wont be obese and have any kind of sickness. You should always set a role model for your children because if you don’t they are going to be in the same predicament that there parents are in .You need watch what your children eat because some of that junk food is not healthy for you. But your family should go out for a walk and then got to the YMCA and exercise to burn off some of the calories because it is not good to have a lot of fat build up in your body like that , it is not good to be over weight .Some parents just don’t care what there children eat and that is not good at all. You should eat more vegetables and less meat not a lot of fried foods because it is not good for you.
